Diana X 80 / X 115

The Diana X 80 and Diana X 115 are two customizable folding carton gluing machines with a modular design that can be geared to the specific production needs. Both machines operate at production speeds of up to 650 m (2,132 ft) per minute, processing up to 200,000 blanks per hour. The absolute fold lengths of 3.5 m (137.80 in) in the prefolder and 3.7 m (145.67 in) in the folding unit enable top-quality simple and complex folding cartons to be produced. This gives postpress specialists and packaging printers the flexibility they need to satisfy their customers in the folding carton market.

Designed for professional folding carton operations, the compact Diana X 80 has a working width of 80 cm (31.50 in) and therefore takes up less space. It is ideal for straightline and lockbottom cartons for applications such as pharmaceutical products. The Diana X 115, on the other hand, has a working width of 115 cm (45.28 in) and covers the full product spectrum in folding carton gluing. It is therefore able to serve the entire market for straightline, double-wall, four/six-corner, and lockbottom cartons with excellent productivity and cost-efficiency.
